Neither I have faith in the various injunctions prescribed in the Vedas and the Lokas, nor in the devotion of Lord Hari prescribed by various pure sages. I only have exclusive devotion and faith in the divine lotus feet of Shri Radha which are in the hands of [served by] Lalita Sakhi and which playfully dwells in the heart of Lord Krishn unceasingly in this land of forest.
Lord Krishn says: “O beloved [Radha]! My body, mind, speech, and life belong to You. You are always exclusively and incessantly desired by me. I am telling you the truth that my life, with the desire to always serve [and touch] Your lotus feet, is given only by You”.
In this most enchanting forest called Gahvar Van, Shri Radha, surrounded by the group of sakhis looks so resplendent, as if, the moon of Sharad [full moon light] is surrounded by various stars is adorned in the sky.
Sri Lalita Devi says – O Sri Radhe! Sapphire-complexioned Lord Krishn is completely captivated by the beauty of Your form, Now please tell me, How can I serve Him? What pleasing thing I can offer to Him? I can now sacrifice my everything on Lord Krishn.
O crest jewel among the forests! Please bless me with the darshan of the lotus feet of Shri Kishori Ji [Radha], those lotus feet which when placed over Lord Krishn‘s heart, extinguish the blazing fire of desire that torments Him.
Shri Radhika is sitting upon the throne of gold, studded with gems and beloved Lord Krishn is standing there, fanning Her [with pure devotional love] with a bright golden flywhisk.
In this land of Braj, My eyes are craving for the sight of the lotus feet of Shri Radha. O Vrindavan! Please bless me with the sight of the glorious lotus feet of Shri Radha and satisfy my yearning!
Ever-youthful Shri Krishn first touches the lotus feet of Shri Radhika with His hands. Further, He [again and again] touches the dust of the lotus feet of Shri Radha with His eyes with never-ending satisfaction. He is yearning for the dust of the lotus feet of Shri Radha again and again.
Shri Radhika is chewing betel nuts and after chewing She takes betelnuts out from Her mouth and gives Her chewed betel nuts to Shri Krishn as Her prasad. Shri Krishn is now eating Her chewed betel nuts. In this way, Shri Radhika is giving a taste of Her ‘Adaharamrit’ [nectar from Her lips].
Beloved Lord Krishn who is skilled in performing various services using His lotus-hands, who after applying 'Mahavar' (red colour with rouge) to the lotus feet of Shri Radha, lost in the ocean of deep thought, and lovingly rolls down in Her feet here at Gahvar Van, Barsana.
Shri Krishn, who is surrendered exclusively in the love of His Swamini Shri Radha, first drinks the nectar that flows from Shri Radha’s face like a bumblebee, then falls at Her lotus feet and further plead from Her to enhance His longing more and more.
The name of Vrishbhanupuri [Barsana] is recited and glorified by celestial gods, the name which is recited when thousand of times is carefully heard by Shri Krishn each time, yet He is not fully satisfied. Certainly, this is the place [Barsana] where Lord Brahma is gratified being present here in the form of ‘Bharamachal Parvata’ [mountain].
All glories to Vrishbhanu pur [Barsana], the place which is filled with sheer beauty, which is attaining Victory; Shri Krishn is immersed in the divine ecstasy merely by hearing its name.
There is a forest in Barsana which is known as “Gahvar Vana”, which is built by Shri Radha’s own hands, which is the essence of ‘Keli Vilas’ [playful amorous pastimes], hence this site is considered as “Nitya Vihar” site.
