Wherever Shri Krishna is, Shri Radha is there, and where Shri Radha is, it is understood that Shri Krishna is there.
In the words of Shree Bhagvat Rasik, this is the description of conjugal love between Shree Radha Krishna and Sakhi(Rasik). Whatever we sing (i.e desire to serve arises in the sakhi's heart) Shri Yugal Sarkar immediately performs the pastimes to fulfill it and whatever pastimes they do, at the moment we the Sakhis sing.
Someone has created a needless controversy by conceptualizing Śrī Priyā Jī (Śrī Rādhā) in the form of a Svakīyā or Parakīyā heroine. Bhagavat Rasika Jī says that our Priyā Jī—that is, our divine Couple of Rasikas—cannot be separated even for a single moment; They are eternal, infinite, and beginningless.
The individual who enshrines Śrī Hari within his heart, performing sincere devotion to Him, and who keeps his mind under control and acts in accordance with the commands of His guru, never has to suffer any of the afflictions of this world.
Wherever Shri Krishna is, Shri Radha is there and where Shri Radha is, it is understood that Shri Krishna is there. They are never separated from each other even for half a moment. Without knowing this fact properly, One should never ask this question - “Why Shri Radha’s deity is not present with Shri Banke Bihari Ji?”
Śrī Bhagavat Rasika Ji describes the reciprocal love between the sakhī and the divine couple. He says, "Whatever we sing (arousing service desire in the sakhī's heart), Śrī Yugala Sarkāra instantly perform those pastimes to fulfill it, and whatever pastimes They perform, we Sakhīs sing in that very moment."
This material world is like a 'Laḍḍū' (Indian sweet) made up of ghosts. Whoever eats it, or desires it, ultimately suffers. There is no permanent happiness in this material world!
