Raag Sorath conveys the feeling of having such a strong belief in something that you want to keep repeating the experience. In fact, this feeling of certainty is so strong that you become the belief and live that belief. The atmosphere of Sorath is so powerful, that eventually even the most unresponsive listener will be attracted.

O Lord! I have now caught hold of You; that is, I have now come into Your exclusive shelter. You are renowned as the compassionate protector of the humble, so please rectify all my misfortunes.
O Bāṅke Bihārī Jū, You alone are my sole refuge. O Lord, the crown jewel of the three worlds, You have always upheld the honor of the humble and the distressed. O Master, whoever has come to Your shelter, You have granted them Your most sacred refuge.
My heart is absorbed in Śrī Rādhā, the beloved daughter of Vṛṣabhānu. She glorifies Mother Kīrtī’s lineage, removes all sorrow, and resides in the exalted land of Barsānā.
O Māninī, Śrī Rādhā, please now abandon Your loving sulk. Your skillful beloved Śyāmasundara stands before You with a heart full of longing and sorrow.
Once, Mīrābāī asked Tulsīdās Jī, “My family members create obstacles in my path of devotion, what should I do?” In response to this question, Tulsīdās Jī composed this verse and sent it to her.
