Blessed, blessed indeed is Gopīśvara Mahādeva (Lord Śivā) of Śrī Vṛndāvana. He has established His sacred seat at Vaṁśīvaṭa and holds the honored position of the guardian and protector of Vṛndāvana.

Gehvar van means Dense Forest. It is located in Barsana. This place is very dear to Shri Kishori Radha. The place is called Nitya Vihar, which means that Radha Krishna are always together here and there is no moment of separation here. This forest is very significant because this is the only forest in Braj which is decorated and created by Shri Radha Rani’s own hands. It is the secluded vihar site of madhur leelas of Thakur Ji and Radha Rani and they forget everything.
Shri Radha Kund is the holiest place on Earth and is even considered non-different from Radha Rani. It is located in Goverdhan, Mathura, India. 16th-century saint Srila Rupa Gosvami of Vrindavan, a close associate of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu consider Radha-Kund to be the supreme of all holy places. Padma Puran states: "yathä rädhä priyä viñëoù tasyäù kuëòaà priyaà tathä sarva-gopéñu sevaikä viñëoratyanta-vallabhä" Just like among all the Gopis, Shri Radha Rani is Krishn’s Pran Vallabh(the most dear of his life). Similarly, Radha’s dearest Kund, Radha Kund is also extremely dear to him.
Kotvan is in-between Kosi and Hodal in the Delhi-Mathura Highway. This is Thakur Ji's Cow herding place. Once upon a time, he was calling his cows, at the same time mother Yashoda reached there, she was feeling sweaty while coming from the forest. Then Thakur Ji said - Mother! Why don’t you take a bath in this cold water in the Kund? The Kund is known as Shital Kund where she took a bath.
