Shri Ramray was a great Rasika saint of Vrindavan Dham who was a disciple of Shri Nityanand Prabhu. Their lineage is considered to be descended from Shri Jayadeva, the author of Gita Govind. Shri Ramrai was born to Jayadeva in the fourteenth generation. He was born in Lahore, but he left for Vrindavan at a young age. He authored Aadi Vani which is written in Braj language.

Śrī Vṛndāvana alone is the seed of pure prema-bhakti, and Śrī Vṛndāvana alone is its fully blossomed flower. Śrī Vṛndāvana alone is the wish-fulfilling tree (kalpavṛkṣa) that fulfills all desires, and it is the very source and foundation of divine love-bliss.
Śrī Kṛṣṇa says—O beloved Śrī Rādhā! Your face is like a nectar-filled lake, in which Your two eyes shine like two blue lotuses. My mind, becoming like an intoxicated bumblebee, has gone to dwell within those blue-lotus eyes, even taking up residence within Their very pupils.
The beloved Śrī Kuñjabihārī, filled with intense yearning, says to Śrī Rādhā, the beloved of His life, "O Pyārījū! What kind of enchanting arrow of attraction have You shot at Me, that this youthful Śyāma, who wanders in the dense nikunjas, has become completely and utterly subservient to You in every way?".
First, one must cultivate the sahacarī bhāva within the heart and stand at the entrance of the kuñja in a state of inner contemplation. There, one should lovingly serve the auspicious divine Couple, Śrī Rādhā Kṛṣṇa, in various ways while joyfully singing Their glories.
A sakhi (companion) says to Sri Radha— O beloved Pyārījū! Look, I have prepared such a beautiful bīrī (betel leaf) for you. Through this, the nectar-like redness of your lips will deepen further, adding a deeper red hue to your already red lips.
O Pyārījū! I am trying every possible way to appease your sulking, but I am now completely helpless. Even while residing in your very own capital, Vrindavan, I keep devising new ways every moment to please You, but all My efforts end in vain.
Just the touch of Vrindavan’s sacred dust brings sweetness, fills the heart with joy, and is the very source of all happiness. Thus, residing on the Yamuna’s banks in Vrindavan is the highest fulfillment of life.
Chant the name “Vrindavan,” perform the devotion of Vrindavan, for across the three worlds, there is no place more glorious than Vrindavan.
One must physically reside in Vrindavan, for residing in Vrindavan is the most priceless treasure of this life. The mind, too, must dwell in Vrindavan, constantly contemplating the rasa-filled pastimes of the divine couple, Shri Radha Krishna, that occur in this sacred land.
One who immerses themselves in the nectarean ocean of Shri Vrindavan’s divine rasa never again experiences the threefold material miseries—daihika (intrinsic), daivika (superhuman), and bhautika (extrinsic).
Whoever remembers Vrindavan, at that very moment, Shri Radha, along with her beloved Shri Krishna, mercifully accepts and blesses them.
Shri Krishna says to Shri Radha - O Pyariju! Your habit of sulking brings me unbearable pain. Even the slightest movement of your raised eyebrows leaves me devoid of all awareness of myself.
The devoted Rasikas always lovingly fondle Rapturous Sri Radha, who is none other than the embodiment of Shri Krishn’s divine love and bliss, who dispels countless obstacles and distractions of all beings, uninterrupted.
In the morning, Shri Radha and Shri Krishna are seated in the courtyard of an enchanting temple adorned with creeper vines. Shri Radha is adorned in the yellow garment of Shri Krishna, while Shri Krishna is adorned in the blue saree of Shri Radha.
Lord Krishn proclaims that Shri Vrindavan Dham is extremely dear to Shri Radhika, and thus, it is as dear to me as my very life.
Sri Vrindavan, the King of Forests, belongs to the one and only Sri Radha Ju, where the land is studded with gems and the creepers shimmer like gold.
Whatever pleases Shri Shyamsundar, Shri Radha naturally does, and whatever pleases Shri Radha always, Shri Shyamsundar does.
