Śrī Raṅgadevī Jī says to Śrī Lalitā Jī: O Lalite! Behold the eyes of Śrī Rādhā — how they shine like the graceful khanjana birds. Although Śrī Rādhā has not adorned Her eyes with collyrium, even without it, these khanjana-like glances possess the power to dispel the pangs of separation from the heart of Vṛndāvana-Bihārī, Śrī Kṛṣṇa.
Blessed indeed is this moment, for the divine couple, Śrī Rādhā Kṛṣṇa, are swinging upon the swing of love. Dressed in garments of blue and yellow, their radiance overflows in every direction.

O, most charming Young Lady Sri Radhika, You are the pinnacle of all prosperity and good fortune. I will sacrifice millions of moons on your lovely face. I am thinking that millions of lotus eyes Khanjan birds and millions of deers could be sacrificed on Your bewitching eyes.
O Sri Radhey, I sacrifice uncountable ‘Khanjana’ birds upon Your eyes. These glances are fickle, mischievous, sharp, and penetrating which are naturally beautified with a hue of collyrium.
Śrī Kṛṣṇa’s elongated eyes, shaped like a khanjana bird, have utterly captivated me; now I stand motionless. Societal and clan decorum vanishes the moment He smiles—I forget everything.
