Pushpaguchchapriyo Madhviras Pan Kutuhalah. Manojgarvajanakah Sarango Raagnayakah. - Sage Narada, Raag Nirupanam (82) Sarang is the son of Kaushik. He is fond of flower bunches and excited to drink the juice of madhvi flowers. He makes the cupid to be proud of him and he is the leader of Raagas. Raag Sarang or Vrindavani Sarang is a raag of Shringar Ras or romantic love. It is sung in afternoon. It belongs to Kaafi Thaat.
